SARS-CoV-2 PLUS ELITe MGB® Kit

The product SARS-CoV-2 PLUS ELITe MGB® Kit is a qualitative multiplex nucleic acids reverse transcription and Real-Time PCR assay for the detection and identification of the RNA of Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2), Influenza A Virus (FluA), Influenza B Virus (FluB), Respiratory Syncytial Virus RSV), extracted from clinical specimens. The assay is validated in association with the ELITe InGenius® and ELITe BeGenius® instruments, automated and integrated systems for extraction, reverse transcription, Real-Time PCR and results interpretation, using human specimens of nasopharyngeal swabs.
