MTB EXTRA ELITe MGB® Kit

Tuberculosis is a major and underdiagnosed health issue commonly caused by species belonging to the Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The product is intended for use as an aid in the diagnosis of infections from Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex, in association with the patient’s clinical data and other laboratory test results, in particular the culture methods for Mycobacterium. MTB EXTRA ELITe MGB® Kit is a real-time PCR assay designed for the detection of the DNA of Mycobacterium tuberculosis complex. The assay is validated on seven matrices in combination with ELITe InGenius®, a fully automated sample-to-result solution.
