BCR-ABL Dx ELITe MGB® Kit

The BCR::ABL1 chromosomal translocation, also known as Philadelphia chromosome, is typically found in chronic myeloid leukemia (CML) cases and in acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) in both pediatric and adult patients, causing the progenitors cells to divide uncontrollably and inducing sever outcomes among patients. As a result of the translocation, various breakpoints can be formed, resulting in the production of different mRNA transcripts. The detection and discrimination of these isoforms at diagnosis enables appropriate follow-up for the patient.
BCR-ABL Dx ELITe MGB® Kit is a real-time PCR assay for the detection and differentiation of mRNA main variants of the BCR::ABL1 rearrangement t(9;22), including common and rare isoforms at the same time.
The assay is CE-IVD approved according to the new European IVD Regulation 746/2017 (IVDR) with peripheral blood leukocytes (PBLs) specimens in association with ELITe InGenius® and ELITe BeGenius® sample-to-result instruments, offering fully automated solution to enhance clinical decision-making and patient care.
