cryocheck Pooled Normal Plasma
Pooled Normal Plasma is comprised of platelet-poor plasma from 20 or more carefully screened male and female donors aged 18 to 66. It is recommended as a normal control for the one stage PT and activated partial thromboplastin time (APTT) assays. It may also be used as an alternative to laboratory collected pools of normal plasma.
Each lot number is verified to be normal for factors II, V, VII, VIII, IX, X, XI, and XII (factor assay value sheet available upon request) as well as fibrinogen
Donors are screened negative for lupus anticoagulants

cryocheck Lupus Positive Control
cryocheck™ Lupus Positive Control is intended for use as a positive control in assays for lupus anticoagulant (LA). cryocheck Lupus Positive Control contains citrated human plasma collected from donors that have tested positive in accordance with the revised criteria of the SSC Subcommittee for the Standardization of Lupus Anticoagulants.
8-hour stability once thawed if refrigerated at 2 °C to 8 °C in the original capped vial
Source plasmas are screened negative for all FDA-required tests

CCLP-05 25 x 0.5 mL

cryocheck Weak Lupus Positive Control
cryocheck™ Weak Lupus Positive Control is intended for use as a positive control in assays for lupus anticoagulant (LA). It contains citrated human plasma collected from donors that have tested positive in accordance with the revised criteria of the SSC Subcommittee for the Standardization of Lupus Anticoagulants. cryocheck Weak Lupus Positive Control is a weak positive LA control that challenges an assay’s sensitivity to LA, allowing users to be confident that weak LA positive patient samples will be accurately detected.

cryocheck CorPac™
Reagents
Precision BioLogic’s line of frozen cryocheck™ reagents includes factor deficient plasmas along with dRVVT reagents. Our factor deficient plasmas are immunodepleted, platelet-poor, and tested by both antigenic and functional assays to have less than 1% of the relevant coagulation factor.*

Frozen format eliminates reconstitution errors and offers products that are ready to use in minutes. All our reagents have a long shelf life of three years from date of manufacture.

cryocheck LA Check™
cryocheck™ LA Check is a dilute Russell’s Viper Venom Time (dRVVT) reagent intended to screen for the presence of lupus anticoagulant (LA) in citrated human plasma. The reagent contains Russell’s viper venom, phospholipids, and anti-heparin agents. cryocheck LA Check can be used in conjunction with cryocheck LA Sure to confirm the presence of LAs.

Easily adapted for use on most instruments
Unused reagent may be refrozen
48-hour stability once thawed if refrigerated at 2 °C to 8 °C in the original capped vial
Screening (cryocheck LA Check) and confirmatory (cryocheck LA Sure) reagents are manufactured to strict tolerances and do not need to be “matched” by specific lot numbers
