Aspergillus ELITe MGB® Kit

Aspergillosis is the most common cause of fungal infection among stem cell and solid organ transplant recipients, resulting in high mortality if untreated. Patients with weakened immune system and lung diseases are at higher risk of developing severe outcomes. Early detection and quantification of Aspergillus with molecular methods is crucial to isolate infected patients and provide an appropriate treatment.

 

Aspergillus ELITe MGB® Kit is a quantitative PCR assay for the detection and quantification of the DNA of the Aspergillus genus:  Aspergillus niger, Aspergillus nidulans, Aspergillus terreus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus versicolor and Aspergillus glaucus.

BCR-ABL P190 ELITe MGB® Kit

The product of the Philadelphia translocation, the BCR/ABL oncogene P190 isoform, is commonly found in acute lymphoid leukemia, a rare disease that can be fatal within a matter of months if untreated. Detection and quantification of P190 BCR-ABL fusion gene, by molecular methods, is crucial for patient management, to initiate the appropriate treatment and measure response to therapy.

 

BCR-ABL P190 ELITe MGB® Kit is a real-time PCR assay for the detection and quantification of the mRNA of the BCR-ABL t(9;22) translocation of the Philadelphia chromosome, isoform P190 compared to the kinase protein Abelson (ABL) mRNA. The assay has been tested on a large range of sample types with conventional extraction and PCR systems.

BCR-ABL P210 ELITe MGB® Kit

The product of the Philadelphia translocation, the BCR/ABL oncogene P210 isoform, is typically found in chronic myelogenous leukemia, and in acute lymphoid and myeloid leukemia, causing the cells to divide uncontrollably and inducing severe outcomes among patients. Detection and quantification of P210 BCR-ABL fusion gene, by molecular methods, is crucial for patient management, to initiate the appropriate treatment, measure the response to therapy and predict relapse
